To clarify his question (I think)...

will ESPN sell a suite of games to RSNs (TV only) in 2019+ as they did with Raycom (and Raycom did with FSN)? I would guess yes since ACCN is only adding one TV channel. I would think we'll still see a number of MBB and possibly some Tier 3 level content on the likes of CSN, FSS, etc. those games would still be available via ACCNXtra via IP, i would assume, but if ESPN can get more money by selling some TV rights they can't use, why wouldn't they?
